Shipping Provider

We use J&T Express for all deliveries within the UAE.

Delivery Times

Orders placed before 10:00 AM (GST) will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Areas & Charges

We currently deliver to all seven Emirates in the UAE: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

For deliveries within Dubai:
- Free Delivery: Orders of AED 120 or above qualify for free delivery.
- Standard Delivery Fee: Orders below AED 120 will incur an additional AED 10 delivery charge.

For deliveries outside Dubai:
- Free Delivery: Orders of AED 169 or above qualify for free delivery.
- Standard Delivery Fee: Orders below AED 169 will incur an additional AED 15 delivery charge.

The applicable delivery fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

Order Tracking

Track your parcel using the tracking number provided in your dispatch confirmation email on the J&T Express UAE website.

Undeliverable Packages

If delivery is unsuccessful after repeated attempts, the package may be returned to us. Please contact websupport.uae@levoit.com to arrange re-shipment. Additional fees may apply.

Order Cancellations

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team within 7 days from the date on which the order is placed. Include your order number in your request.
